Question Audio input issues

I got this M3 MacBook Pro 3 months ago, and the internal audio input has worked fine, but all of a sudden, it barely picks up audio. I went into the settings and turned the input all the way up, and it still doesn't work. Siri can still pick up what I say, except for the wake word, but every app and every setting is telling me the internal input isn't picking up enough.
