The level current capers is filled with spiky gears and tentacles like plants. You will be swimming under the water for most of the game. Just steer clear of those plants, avoid urchins and you will be fine. If you want to get all of the KONG letters on your way to the end of the level, then follow the instructions below:
Kong Letter #1:
As you dive into the water to start the level, follow the watery path and you will see gear with spinning arrows to it. Spin next to the open wall and you will enter the next room. Activate another gear in that room and when you do, some purple urchins will flood the room from the right side. Swim to the next room and then activate all of the gears. Once you do, a wall will open and you will swim along. Soon, you will see a wavy, and spiny plant like a tentacle. You can swat those plants away with Cranky Kong. Now go in the upper left corner, and you will see the first KONG letter. To get it, you will have to swim around the plant.
Kong Letter #2:
You will soon come across the checkpoint pig. There, you will see a blast barrel that will shoot you back inside the water. There will be paths with currents in some certain directions. Stay in those currents and steer clear of the purple urchins. Go to the next room and there will be the second KONG letter in there. All you need to do is to follow the current around and you will be able to collect the second KONG letter easily.
Kong Letter #3:
After you have collected the second KONG letter, you will then enter a room that will have spinning gear. Spin past the room and the floor start to sink down and will reveal another gear. Follow the path down and the wall at the right side will open. You will fund a Kong barrel and a second checkpoint right after it. Follow the path and you will reach the big room. There, you will be able to see the third KONG letter. It will be floating in the middle. If you want to make it much easier to collect the third KONG letter, use the cane of Cranky Kong.
Kong Letter #4:
After you have grabbed the third KONG letter, go ahead and you will see the blast barrel. Go inside it and be ready for some maneuvering. The blast barrel will shoot you in a long hallway that will have falling gears. Dodge all of the falling gears with spikes and make sure to stay close to the bottom. Soon, you will see the last KONG letter. Go ahead and grab it.
These are all the steps that you need to follow in order to get all of the KONG letters. Just make sure to read them all carefully and follow them exactly.
