Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze – Harvest Hazards Puzzle Pieces
The level Harvest Hazards is filled with spiky platforms and berry eating lizards that you can use to your advantage to reach different puzzle pieces. Just make sure to follow all the steps mentioned in the guide below and you will be able to get all of the puzzle pieces in the first try:
Puzzle Piece #1:
The first puzzle piece is going to be ensconced inside a purple plant on a wooden platform that is patrolled by a Viking helmet wearing penguin. It is a bit of a walk to reach there but once you get there you will spot it right away.
Puzzle Piece #2:
There is a canopy to the right side; you can walk on the area where a bunch of grabby claws drop from above from the foliage. The claw on the right side alternates with the blast barrel. Hop in the blast barrel and you will be shot to the secret room. Collect all of the bananas in the secret room within 30 seconds and you will reveal the second puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece #3:
There will be a berry held by a blue lizard, bounce off the berry to collect all of the bananas that are circling above the lizard. Once you have collected all the bananas, you will be able to get the third puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece #4:
Keep moving to the right side, and you will see a blast barrel to the right side of a grassy panel that goes back and forth on the overhead rail. There will be a caterpillar dropping, dodge it as you hop up the platforms and towards the barrel. Jump in the barrel and you will be shot to the secret room. Collect all of the bananas in the room within 30 seconds and you will get a puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece #5:
Now keep playing the game and soon you will reach the checkpoint pig. There will be a puzzle piece floating above it. Bust open the box of berries by delivering a few ground pounds and then lure the blueberry carrying lizard to the left side and then bounce off its berry to get to the puzzle piece.
Puzzle Piece #6:
There is a rotating platform that has spiked bottoms that vacuum the berries. You will see the sixth puzzle piece above that platform. You just need to ride one of the platforms upward to reach the sixth piece.
Puzzle Piece #7:
Work your way along the platforms and you will see a KONG letter “G.” Just right to the letter G, you will see a lone of bananas, collect them all and the final piece of the puzzle will appear. Go ahead and collect it.
Follow all of the instructions mentioned above and you will be able to get all of the puzzles before the end of the level.
