The level Trunk Twister is indeed a twisted level with weird camera angles that can give a hard time to your eyes. And if you are on the quest to get all the pieces of the puzzle then you need to follow this guide below to make sure you get them all in the first try:
Puzzle Piece #1:
As soon as the game starts, grab the Diddy Kong barrel. Once you have him, slam the ground next to his barrel. You will fall through the floor and into the secret room. Once you are in the secret room, a lot of bananas will appear, collect all of the bananas to reveal the first puzzle piece. Just make sure to collect them all in 30 seconds for the puzzle piece to appear.
Puzzle Piece #2:
Once you are out of the secret room, make your way towards the barrel cannon to start the level. Right off the bat you will be jumping to collect the bananas and a Banana Coin. After getting the first banana coin, you will speed towards the plane platform. Keep on playing and soon you will come across a platform that you need to jump on from the cart. Jump on it and then go further and you will be faced with two dragonflies. Time your jump on their heads to be able to collect the second piece of the puzzle.
Puzzle Piece #3:
Keep on going to the right and after some time you will come across the first checkpoint, go past that and soon you will come across the second checkpoint. The track will go on a downward spiral and the camera will rotate with it. Just keep going with your routine ducking and jumping the obstacles and after you have ducked a pair of propellers, just stay on the tracks and do not jump. You will then roll onto the next half of the platform and will be able to collect the third piece of the puzzle.
Puzzle Piece #4:
Just after the third piece, the crates will start to slide towards you, dodge the crates and then keep on going forward. You will see a short cut scene where Donkey Kong will fall with his mine cart onto some wrecked ship. You need to jump on the first boat that comes out of the water. Then roll off the ship while you are ducking. You will miss the propellers and then you will collect the fourth piece of the puzzle.
Puzzle Piece #5:
Now you won’t see the fifth piece for a little while. Keep going to the right but make sure not to let the mine cart break. When you reach the end of the level, go for a swim under the plane and you will see the fifth piece of the puzzle. Go ahead and collect it and then end the level.
These are all the steps that you need to take in order to get all of the puzzle pieces. Make sure to avoid all obstacles and don’t let the mine cart break till the end of the level.
