Fortnite Battle Royale – How to Manage Inventory

In Fortnite Battle Royale, as you progress in the match, your inventory will start to get populated and managing that will become a lot frustrating and annoying. The simple reason for this is that the inventory is very small and there is no place to store the items when they are not in use. And in the result, you either keep that stuff in your bag, or you drop them. And trust me guys, I know how it feels to drop your stuff in games. The point is that there is not much room for storing stuff and that can be frustrating. Therefore, I am here with some tips for inventory management, so you can efficiently manage your inventory. So without any further ado let’s get started:

Avoid Hoarding Stuff:
To keep your inventory simple and manageable, you need to stop picking up every other loot you see. What I am proposing is that you need first to ask yourself “Will I need that in the match?” There are some things that you will not need while playing the game as everyone’s style is different. For instance, you may not be an aggressive player so you will not need grenades. Therefore there is no need to pick up grenades.

Recycle Old Gear:
In Fortnite Battle Royale, the weapons are divided into different classes and colors. So if you have a common weapon that has grey color, and then you find an uncommon weapon with green color then it is obvious that you do not need the common one, right? Then, in this case, you can throw out that common weapon and start using the uncommon one. This will create space in your inventory for necessary things.

Share what you don’t need:
When you are playing Fortnite Battle Royale with your friend(s), then the best thing that you can do is to share your excessive or unwanted gear with them. You can do that by calling out your gear whenever you come across a chest or some loot. This way, if any of your teammates needs something you have, you can give it to them, and you will free up some space in your inventory.

Learn the Keys:
Till now I was talking about freeing up the space in inventory, now let’s talk about the quick drawing of the weapon that you want to use. This is necessary as you do not want to go through your inventory when there is an enemy upon your head. You need to swap weapons at your fingertips. And the only way to do this is to learn the shortcut keys for every weapon. This way, you will not only be avoiding opening inventory, but you will be saving time as well.

With the help of these tips, I hope you will start to manage your inventory in a more organized way, and that will help you play the game smoothly and without getting frustrated.
