How to Add Effects to Your Photos on Google+

Sometimes you want to apply cool effects to your photos before you share them on your social networking profiles. In order to add effects to the photos, you generally use an image editing tool such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. Unlike other social networking websites, Google+ has a built-in image editor that allows you to add effects to your uploaded photographs without using any other third-party tool.

Note: You must use Google Chrome to edit your photos on Google+. At the time of this writing, the image editing feature is not supported in any other web browser.

You can easily edit your images using the Google+ built-in image editing application by following these steps:

■Using Google Chrome sign-in to your Google+ account.
■On the Home page, hover the mouse over the Home menu from menu bar located at the top-left corner.
■From the expanded options, click Photos.
