How to Pair a Bluetooth Speaker with a MacBook Pro

Bluetooth is great for file sharing, but we also use it to connect our devices together. With a Bluetooth speaker, you can listen to your favorite music from your laptop on a wireless speaker. Here's how you can do that with a MacBook Pro.

Steps:

1. Turn on your Bluetooth speaker. Generally it’s done by pressing and holding down a specific button until a light starts blinking. Once this is done, your Bluetooth speaker will show up in the Bluetooth window on your Mac, which should be in discover mode.
2. On your MacBook pro, Click on the ‘Apple icon’ which will be in the top left of the screen.
