Website notifications are perhaps some of the most useless and irritating results of surfing the internet. Most of the times these are activated without us even knowing about it, for example many websites also pass on the notification acceptance along with the cookie policy, and hence most people end up agreeing without reading through carefully. We all know how it feels to have six different sports websites give you notifications about the same game.

But, as always technological advancements propose a solution. If you are a Safari user, then there is a method using which you can block all notifications at once. Or you even have the option to choose the ones that you deem important and might want to see. Follow the steps below to remove all notifications or choose the ones you wish to keep:

Step 1
Go to your applications list and launch ‘Safari’. You can do it from the bottom menu at the homepage as well.

Step 5
You will be presented with a list of websites that currently have the authorization to send you notifications. You can disable individual sites from this window or remove all notifications altogether. Now head over to your browser and use it and you will notice none of those notifications are popping up anymore.

You also have the option to set certain preconfigured notification preferences on the Step 5 page, so go ahead and do with it as required.
