Lisa Simpson is one of the many characters you can unlock in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. She isn't difficult to unlock, but you only have one chance to do so.
Note: The one chance to unlock Lisa is in the beginning of the game. If you miss it, you can uninstall and reinstall the game.
Steps:
1. Wait for Homer Simpson to blow up the nuclear power plant. You will see a cut-scene of it.
2. Purchase the Simpson house from the tutorial.
3. Only then she will be unlocked . If you fail to do so she will never appear in the game.
4. If you can unlock Lisa, she will get you a free donut. which you can use later in the game.
