Share Pins from Pinterest to Facebook

Pinterest allows you to share your Pins from your Pinterest profile to your Facebook account. However in order to do so, you must connect your Pinterest account with your Facebook profile which can be done with just a few mouse clicks.

Once your Pinterest account is connected with your Facebook profile, every time you want to Pin something, the ‘Pick a board’ displays a ‘Post to Facebook’ checkbox which, when checked, automatically posts the selected Pin to your Facebook timeline.

Here’s how you can share your Pinterest Pins on your Facebook timeline.

■Using your favorite web browser, sign-in to your Pinterest account.
■Make sure that you have already connected your Pinterest account to Facebook.
■On the Home page that comes up, from the available options, locate the desired Pin you want to share on Facebook.
■Alternatively, you can also find more Pins by typing the keywords in the Search box (box with the magnifying glass) at top-left corner.
■Once you have hovered mouse to the desired Pin, click the Pin it button at the top-left corner of the Pin.

Note: While you are on step 10, as soon as you check the ‘Post to Facebook’ checkbox, you will be presented with a popup window requesting for your consent to post the Pin to your Facebook timeline. At this point, you must click the ‘Okay’ button to allow Pinterest to share the selected Pin on your Facebook profile. Alternatively you can also click the ‘Not Now’ button if you don’t want the Pin to be shared on Facebook.
