It is because you have an 'ULTRA LOW POWER' variant of an I5. This means you get even lower clock speeds , because it uses less power. Also, you are severely limited by your GPU so that is why there is a bottleneck.

Which key board exactly? -If it is the touch screen keyboard, you need to replace it -If it is the keyboard, I doubt a blown bubble would break it. I used to clean My Laptop keyboard spraying water (Not that you should), so those bubbles won't have affected it. Is it still under warranty?

Have you used the Windows Scanner which detects issue with audio devices? Also, it could be a case where your default Microphone is disabled, or not the primary one in use. -If this doesn't work, check your cables If not, don't hesitate to respond
