I do currently have it going from the PC via HDMI to the TV and from the TV to the receiver via Coaxial SPDIF. It seems like the audio itself sounds decent. However, a few of my speakers are less quiet than their mirrored counterparts. Sorry for the trouble.

Okay, so I bought a coax cable and attached it at the SPDIF output on the TV, and the Coaxial input on the receiver. I'm getting sound in all speakers now, but windows still only shows Stereo in configuration. Will that affect my quality at all? I also have AC3 Filter upmixing everything to 5.1...
