    Aspire 7741Z-4839 unlock issues

    When I attempt to unlock my laptop with the unlock code, it will not unlock. I get msg that password is incorrect and to reset password, I need either a CD or other removable drive. I'm thinking "zip drive"? Please help. I'm a student and my computer!
