Somehow, the BIOS was set with a password on my Lenovo Flex4 14" laptop. While I may have, I do not recall setting a pass while reformatting the SSD several months ago. Lenovo has no info on this, and request I send it in for repairs (it is still under warranty with all receipts, ect)...
