That TV's documentation says it does have a headphone jack somewhere on the side. If it really doesn't: If the amp/receiver that powers the speakers already has optical in, just run optical out from the tv to optical in on the amp/receiver. If it doesn't, one of these can turn the optical out...

Does it have an optical out? You could have thought to include your TV's model number here...

The mirror chip is dying, it'll have to get replaced. Look up rear projection dead pixels.
