How can I setup my Vizio TV, with Samsung soundbar and then connected to the cable company's DVR. Right now if I turn off the TV off the sandbar and dvr all of them get shut off. I need a way to just turn the TV off and leave soundbar and dvr left on. Every component is connected using HDMI...
