    Plugged in charger and dell vostro and charger both turned off suddenly, and not able to turned on again

    Today i was working on my dell vostro. When battery reached aboit 40% i plugged in the charger and suddenly charger and laptop both goes off in less than a second. Now i am not able to turn on laptop with and without battery. Please help...
