all of these are reaching your max budget limit although if you want to spend that much i recommend the acer travelmate as it has 256 gb ssd and 8 gigs of ram with WINDOWS 7 which is so much better than 8.Go for that.I personally never liked or heard of acer performing well... Good luck with...

Hey My brother uses macbook air for the same purposes and is extremely happy with it all the photo/video editors he knows use mac I suggest you go with them IF YOU WANT TO DO NO GAMING
