    No because VIA over-rides it, and it won't let me un-install the audio deck

    I've recently built a new computer and the sound that came with the motherboard is VIA. After setting my speakers as default output, every time i re-boot my computer it un-selects it and won't play any sound until i open it up again and select default... how do i fix this?
