VIZIO 40" Class D-Series (39.5" Diag.) 1080p 120Hz Full Array LED Smart HDTV (D40f-E1) Does this tv have the audio out for the red/ white jacks?

I can get sound through the stereo using an adapter into the headphone port on the tv but that sounds like too much static through the stereo

On my settings I only have TV, DV, YPBPR, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI3, PC. none of these work... it's possibly my red/ white port could be the problem?
