Does anyone have any insights as to why a system running Intel Xeon CPU E3-150M v6, with 64GB RAM, Windows 10 (21H1) x64, GPT formatted SSD with TPM 2.0 enabled would not qualify to be capable of upgrading to Win11? According to the MS upgrade tool app, it's not good enough. Yeah.
