I would have a look at some of HPs ultrabook offerings. I'm willing to bet the XPS will be the best option though. It's probably one of the best ultrabooks on the market, if not the best.

There's a good chance that none of these will run AC:Unity. They all use on-die graphics processing which is not very good for gaming. Laptops in general will struggle to run most modern games. If you're deadset on a laptop, consider something from the gaming lineups offered by Asus, Acer...

I use a blue snowball and nobody ever complains about my keyboard. The keyboard is a Das Model S Ultimate with blue switches too so it's loud as <mod edit, watch the language>. You'll be fine.
