Even after draining my battery it is stuck at boot logo

Hey guys... currently I'm using a dell inspiron 7000 series laptop... i tried installing windows10 on it but accidentally i restarted in between the process and now my laptop keep restarting itself and cannot go past through dell logo... when ever i try to press F2 (setup) or F12 ( boot option )...
