it is the flash plugin+windows (in my case 8.1 x64) epic fail combination, video stutters for 1-2sec for about every 1 min (audio is ok), tried this on newest kubuntu on the same machine - perfectly clear with no single glitch, just look total frame dropped in stats for nerds, it drops frames...
