Yeah i thought so... Is there any way i can play mkv files on the dvd player without having to convert them??? If not then is there any video converter that can convert the mkv file along with the 6 channel audio??

hello guys, i have a toshiba ps20 led tv, philips dvp3608 dvd player and dsp30u speakers. the dvd player does not play mkv files but my tv does via usb. so i want to play video files with 6 channel audio on my tv. but the tv only has digital audio out and my speakers only have rca(6 wire)...
