    I'm not sure if that's what you want, but you can control your PC via TeamViewer from an Android phone or another PC. I did this to control my PC from the job 1000 times already, and it works well.

    Are you sure it stops completely? There are much fans that when you start the Mobo, they run at full speed for 1 or 2 seconds and when they realize the current temperature they slow down to adapt to the needs. Check your BIOS to be sure.

    Which CPU do you have? If you can play FarCry4 in high settings then you will most likely be able to play GTA V, at least in low/mid settings.
