    MERGED QUESTION Question from afshanmohi : "Laptop doesnt connect to internet" My laptop doesnt connect to internet. I took it to get fixed they said tbey have to reboot . So thats what iam trying to do. I copied eveything on THE laptop on to an external hard drive

    Solved! I am trying to reboot my toshiba laptop but it’s not working.

    I have pressed 0and the power button together, then released the power button and held 0 button down, nothing happened. Even tried releasing the 0 button after sometime. Please help
