appreciate ur help Christian but I would like to have an answer from someone with expertise in the field.

I have an Acer Aspire 5742Z, and when nothing is runing it is using around 70% CPU , which clearly overheats my pc after a while, I download a program to see the temps inside. When not runninng anything the core Temp is 56 degrees, when watching a video on youtube this increases to 65-70...
