I have Toshiba Radius e45w-c4200x which I bought almost two years ago. Suddenly it can not be turned on, even if the battery has fully charged. I never put the battery overcharged and it works very fine with almost 6 hours life at the day before yesterday. But, the laptop is still on the best...
