It works now on MPC after Haali Media splitter installation, but the VLC player still doesn't show all of the Arabic characters.

Thank you for your answer,
I am already using VLC but I have to use English subtitles because it doesn't support some Arabic letters :S

Subtitles don't appear on MPC - HC and "load subtitle " is grey :S
