Never mind found one

Could someone recommend to me a laptop or tablet with a long battery, a full size usb port, semi decent processor, low price, and a decent amount of storage(or room for expansion)? All I intend to do is play old emulators(DS, GBA, Gameboy, SNES, Genisis etc...), browse the internet, and type.

Lately, I have not been able to install programs from the internet. I downloaded uTorrent, but I get a .dll error. I try to install Dropbox, it hangs on the install. I run a virus scan on my computer nothing comes up. Please help!
