Same problem with usb or cd or hdd. I wonder if it might be cpu.

Hello, i have Acer laptop with problem. When i first press power button, it turns on normally, but when i restart it wont. It shutts off instead. And then when i press power button, it starts but turns off immediately. when i press second time it starts but after Acer logo show only black screen...
