I recommend one of the Versus Touchtab series, there around £100 on the Maplins website (there might be a refurbished one for £50+). If you wan't Quad-Core, the cheapest option I can think is Prestigo (Maplins) or the recently slashed Tegra Note 7 (PC WORLD/CURRYS)
