Please don't blame the Mother-board or any other Hardware...just change your Power saver plan to HIGH PERFORMANCE...ur problem is solved... This can be done by clicking on the Power charging Icon at the right hand bottom of your screen and change the plan to HIGH PERFORMANCE... :-)
