Is there anyway to force display image to external monitor? Somehow by disabling the own monitor of laptop?

I thought this community was fast, as I saw many times on Google. But seem to not have that good luck until now :) P.S. I still did not get my confirmation e-mail, if any mod sees this. I use Gmail as a provider.

Hi every one. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop which had nothing on screen I tried to connect to external dispaly via VGA but still no luck (FN+F5 not work!) I know that the hard disk is broken and he cannot boot to Windows so I think thats why because function key not working I can hear fan...
