Which has more power in cpu and gpu performance?

So if shield have around 7000mah as stated in ifixit and iPhone 5 has over 2000 mah Does it mean it has 3 times more battery life? I know Tegra 4 consumes more power but it has 3 times more battery life if it does everything the same as iPhone 5?
