i have 1 more question , is it normal that when resolution goes from 854x400 to 1600x900 fps drop by 60% ?

i tried o use the intel hd graphics to run all java applications (minecraft is one of them) and i tried the full screen and got MUCH more fps idk how and why but i got 1000 fps in full screen and 3000 fps in small window ... i think that intel hd graphics 4600 is way better than nvidia gtx 850m...
