Price
USB vs audio jack (USB is higher quality sound generally)
Mic quality
Comfort
Warranty
Color
From the control panel, uninstall "DealPly" and "HoistSearch."
Remove any extensions or add-ons manually in whichever browsers you use.
Run full anti-malware scans using Malwarebytes anti-malware, Spybot search and destroy, and/or Comodo

Which Lenovo laptop is it exactly? Look at the bottom for the exact model number (or underneath the battery in some cases).
1. That is a seriously powerful laptop! You'll be just fine for several years if you can resist the temptation to look at newer models lol.
2. You should be able to run most games at your highest resolution (1080p) for a long time, maybe needing to lower or turn off some of the more taxing...
