I would think it would be fine to use it now. If it runs OK, it likely will continue but it may be that some keys were contaminated and will fail later. That will require changing the keyboard as mentioned above.

Did you clone your existing HDD to the SDD?

Go to Microsoft and create a bootable USB Window 10 or 11 installer. See if you can boot from that. If not, something else is wrong with your laptop. Hopefully, you were running 10 or 11 already.
