Plugin your usb stick to the laptop and change boot order device in bios settings. Or press f9-f11-f12 (it could be different some models and brands) select your usb stick to boot.

You can fix it but you have to know many tools to use. First u must download a bootable live cd about what you have realese of windows. use CMD at live cd running on your pc and fix it on BCDEDIT command. Retype it and unplug live cd, restart your pc and see what happened. Microsoft Support

Is your graphic driver is cuda chipset, it will be changed another cuda(1 gb or higher).
