have you tried a using a system restore point? try and restore it to a date before your audio stopped working

Its depends which radeon card you have but it sounds fine, maybe not on the highest settings but you should be able to run it on medium/low

I wouldn't bet on it, maybe on the lowest possible settings

well to start with if you do have a nvidia graphics card, most laptops will only use that gpu when you use intensive programs like games, maybe try a program like novabench to see the score it gets and it should tell you which gpu it uses and also use a program called gpu-z to view which gpu you...
