Not all motherboards have the ability to unlock cores. Not all processors have the ability to be unlocked. This is the same case with the Athlon X3 processors. Sometimes they can't unlock, or they make the system unstable.

Try this > Right click desktop > Screen Resolution > Click Identify > Remember which number appeared on the TV screen, and under "Multiple displays" choose "Show desktop only whichever number it showed.
