My MSI GE60 2OE is giving electric shock at all the metal parts when he is on the table when not he isn't giving an electric shock. When the charger is plugged in there is electric shock, when the charger isn't plugged in the electric shock persists. Anyone has an idea?

Ok Thank you guys, I found an other laptop asus n56vz-s4232h - Intel Core i7-3630QM (2.4 GHz / 3.4 GHz Turbo) - 15.6" resolution Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) - Chipset graphique NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M, 4 Go I think this one is good but it is very expensive. Can this one run Battlefield 3 in high?
