apprciate all the help. called a service man, fixed the TV over the weekend. It was a a bad ballast and blown power supply. 300 bucks.

My Samsung DLP TV quit working a week ago, wouldn't turn on and I got the three blinking lights. Replaced the lamp (not the casing) with the Phillips replacement bulb, however the TV still won't turn on. It goes through three cycles of turning on then off (no picture, lamp doesn't turn on)...
