The Dell brand has just really headed down hill from when I started using them 8 years or so ago. Used to be there was good service - now we get these "uninstall and reinstall things" as the only answer and it DOESN'T WORK so it just wastes everyone's time. Last Dell I am getting.

Pure idiocy. There is some kind of caching function - when the touchpad stops working, signing out and signing back inagain often works, while restarting does not. I do not have keyboard caching turned on, so WHY Dell feels it is OK to capture and record my mouse movements is troubling - but...
