Yea i tried multiple ports and devices such as HDD and other mouse, all the same problem. How am i supposed to update my BIOS?

So today i plugged my mouse again to laptop. It did that sound for connetrion of device, but it didnt work. Mouse lights started, even the red sensor on the bottom, but the cursor on screen didnt move a inch. I tried uninstalling drivers already and turning off the Allow windows to turn off this...
