OK thanks. I was interested in fixing it out of interest, and then I could sell it on, or use in the spare room. A failed screen does not equal the faulty power supply I assume?

Hi all, any advice appreciated. I have a Vizio P65-F1 that suddenly has a 'black' screen. Still has sound. I looked around a little online, and seem to think the power supply must be the issue, but before I went ahead and ordered the parts, I wanted to check if anyone though that was incorrect...
