    Solved! Laptop won't turn on

    My lenovo laptop won't turn on it crashed and shut down and now when i try to turn it on it gives the lenovo screen with the circle thing at the bottom but it just does not open i waited like 20 minutes still on the same screen any help would be greatly appriciated.
