EVERYBODY STOP ! If your smart TV has been connecting to the internet, and you have changed nothing, yet it won't connect, probably there is nothing to worry about. Don't waste time with DNS or changing your routers etc, if this has worked for you then well done, but probably a waste of time...

I have just found this thread and I'm so pleased I did because I was going mad. My UE46es8000 (UK Model) started having problems only today, can connect to router but not the internet. It makes no difference if on wifi or Lan cable, same problem. The clue came when I did a software update and...
