thanks but i still need to know where in the computer hard drive toshiba put all the files. windows 7/64

restore to factory specs is very useful. just had the hard drive replaced. the tech put some of the old drive files on the new drive. where do i look to see if the files needed to set it back to factory spec are there. i think it was under repair, maybe not. thanks all (PSK3AC-01900X)
